It all started on a quiet train ride — eight years ago. The idea came to me like a whisper: a simple tool to help open the chest and improve posture. Back then, I imagined it made of plastic, and while the concept felt powerful, I wasn’t ready to pursue it. The timing — and my awareness — hadn’t yet matured.

In 2024, the idea resurfaced, but this time with something new: a deep reverence for Mother Earth. I knew that if this tool was going to be born, it had to align with the values of both inner and outer healing. That’s why I chose natural cork — grounding, sustainable, and beautiful.

I’m Alexandra — the founder of Heart Opener.

As someone who struggled with upper body tension, shallow breathing, and collapsed posture, I needed something to bring me back to center. I wanted a tool that would not only support my body — but also reconnect me to something deeper within.

I believe our heart is the most overlooked yet powerful technology we have.

The Heart Opener is a simple yet powerful wellness tool made from eco cork. It helps align the spine, release tension, open the chest, and restore energetic flow through the heart center. After just a few minutes of use, you notice a deeper breath, a straighter posture, and a subtle shift in your state of being.

Each product comes with an empowering thank-you card to remind you:
this is a movement — a quiet revolution of people reconnecting to themselves. All our packaging is made from recycled, eco-conscious materials, reflecting our mission to care for both your inner world and the planet.

What began in my grandmother’s garage in Poland has now expanded into sustainable manufacturing and global shipping, with every Heart Opener crafted and packaged with care for both people and planet.

My vision for Heart Opener goes far beyond individual homes — I see it supporting wellness spaces, yoga studios, spas, and retreats around the world. This is just the beginning of a global movement to reconnect the heart, body, and Earth.

If you’re inspired by this mission and would like to collaborate, I’d love to hear from you.

Now, are you ready to come home to yourself?
