1. Place the Heart Opener on a flat surface — like the floor, your bed, or a seat. Slowly lower your back onto it so that the curve supports your spine, right between the shoulder blades.
   
   
2. Take deep breaths, relax your shoulders, and let gravity do the work. Use it for a few minutes at a time, and listen to your body. if it feels too intense, adjust the position or use a soft surface underneath.
